Ocean House, the PERFECT getaway, has 4 bedrooms with 5 total beds in 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and only 3 miles to the beach and 2 miles to downtown! Most baby and cooking amenities are provided. Basketball, Pickleball courts, and a playground are just across the street! TVs in every room. Boats and RVs welcome! Amenities include an arcade, ping-pong, put-put, fire pit, piano, and grill. Jet Park for the kids is a rock throw away. Beaches, crab island, waterparks and more! The Ocean House is a very spacious 1,902 square foot Short-Term Rental that includes a split floor plan with two bedrooms with two full bathrooms to the left and two guest bedrooms with one full bathroom to the right as you enter. The kitchen and living room includes an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. The 2 car garage includes a ping pong table, grill, beach equipment and more. The master bedroom includes a private entrance. The backyard is fenced that comes up to the waist. Please be advised that there are a few small gaps are within the fence, which may pose an issue for smaller dogs to escape.
Ronin Stays uses SuiteOp for guest access. Before arrival, guests will receive a link through their booking channel and/or email to complete a quick pre-check-in. Through that same link, you’ll find everything you need for your stay — including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and more. Once check-in begins, the SuiteOp app provides instant access to the property within seconds. In the rare event of any issues, a backup lockbox with a physical key is available on-site.

The booking guest, not all guests on the reservation, MUST submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either a 'refundable' security deposit ($250) or a 'non-refundable' damage waiver protection plan ($45) before receiving check-in instructions. All of which is done through SuiteOp and Stripe, a commonly used secure payment processor. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be available in your guest portal one hour before your scheduled check-in time. The guest portal link will be messaged through your booking platform. To avoid any check-in delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.
We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Our standard one-time pet fee is:

Ocean House has 2 driveways for plenty of parking. One single-lane driveway, located near the front door, can accommodate 2 large trucks and a double-lane driveway, located on the side of the house, can accommodate 4 large trucks. No parking on the grass.
A propane grill is available for guest use, along with a standard propane tank. Please note that propane may be left over from previous guests but is not guaranteed or provided as part of your stay. If the tank runs empty, you can easily exchange it at nearby locations such as Walmart, Home Depot, or local gas stations for approximately $25.

If interior access is ever required, guests will always be notified in advance.

Love this house, very clean, beautifully decorated with beach theme, great proximity to restaurants and kid friendly activities. House was spacious enough, had great indoor games for kids, teens, and adults and a huge back yard with table, chairs, fire pit. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Beds were comfy; lots of towels were provided. Kitchen was fully stocked with coffee pot, pots, pans, air fryer, instant pot, and plenty dishes. This house felt like home. We would definitely stay again!
Great house to be in the fort Walton beach area. Space was great for various family members to share but still have their own privacy. House had lots of activities for families and a great backyard. Easy access to main roads to go to restaurants and beaches. Beds are a bit tall in some rooms but steps provided were very helpful. Bathrooms were great for people who prefer walk in showers. One bathtub for those who need or with small children was a great option also. Kitchen was spacious and open to the main living area so great gathering room. Bathrooms equipped with plenty of soap and shampoo. Kitchen provides cutlery plates and glasses but no condiments so be sure to order or pick up a list of items. Wish list items would include a few more towels. Garage has great options for beach toys and shade umbrellas. Parking on both sides of the house was super convenient. Great decor and homey feel! Look forward to a future stay!
