Pets: We love pets, but unfortunately, the resort does not allow pets to accompany guests, just owners, who reside at the Palms of Destin.
Parking : No parking for trailers, boats and RVs. The HOA will tow them.
The resort is family-friendly, with features like a kiddie pool, splash pad, and playground.
All guests must follow resort rules, including pool and amenity hours.
To ensure the property remains in top condition, routine maintenance is performed on a scheduled basis. Lawn care occurs bi-weekly, and pest control treatments are completed quarterly. Our trusted vendors will not need access inside the property, but you may see them working in and around the exterior of the home during reasonable daytime hours. If interior access is ever required, guests will always be notified in advance.
While this unit is perfect for longer stays (thanks to the in-unit washer/dryer), please note that daily housekeeping is not provided.

"We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The property is absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walking distance to the beach, Walmart, and several great restaurants. The host was fantastic: very communicative & responsive, and provided clear, timely instructions and support throughout our stay. The resort staff were very resourceful. The only downside was that the unit could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived, as we did have to do some light sweeping & dusting. The cleaning team should match Ronin's level of excellence. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and we look forward to returning. This was a trip to remember! Thank You!!"
We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back in the upcoming years. The huge amazing pool and bar/coffee shop was probably our favorite of the entire place. The pool is so large it doesn’t get too crowded we spent so much of our time there. Not to mention there’s multiple pools! The condo was prepared for our baby with a prepped pack and play and high chair which was extremely helpful. The condo workers were so kind and helpful. They let us know they were there to help with anything we needed such as needing wristbands in case one of ours broke or additional room keys if needed. The condo also has a pristine gym and so many more amazing amenities. Our stay was perfect.
This was our first time as a family to Florida. We loved the condo it had plenty of room for us, the pool was amazing, and the shuttle to the beach was great.
