Boat House is seconds away from Walkedge Boat Ramp. Additional water accesses, such as Tiny Park, Bay Drive are nearby and the much-desired Okaloosa Island Beach is only 1 mile away! Enjoy parks, restaurants and the downtown areas. The short-term rental has 3 bedrooms with spacious living and dining room areas. The kitchen includes most cooking items. Boat House is a spacious 1,991 square foot home on a .31 acre fenced in lot. The home was built using the open floor plan concept connecting the kitchen and living and dining rooms. The bedrooms include 1 king, 2 queen, and a two-twin trundle bed. The split floor plan optimizes privacy with a standard, two car garage. There's a screened in patio area in the backyard to enjoy your coffee in the morning or grill out in the evenings. The master bathroom includes a jacuzzi-style tub with separate shower, while the guest bathroom has a shower and tub combination.

Ronin Stays uses SuiteOp for guest access. Before arrival, guests will receive a link through their booking channel and/or email to complete a quick pre-check-in. Through that same link, you’ll find everything you need for your stay — including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and more. Once check-in begins, the SuiteOp app provides instant access to the property within seconds. In the rare event of any issues, a backup lockbox with a physical key is available on-site.

Getting around Fort Walton Beach is relatively easy, though public transportation options are somewhat limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Downtown Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa Island, and the surrounding attractions. Biking is also an option for shorter trips, and many roads in the area are bike-friendly. If you're planning to explore beyond the city or travel on your own schedule, a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended.

The booking guest, not all guests on the reservation, MUST submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either a 'refundable' security deposit ($250) or a 'non-refundable' damage waiver protection plan ($45) before receiving check-in instructions. All of which is done through SuiteOp and Stripe, a commonly used secure payment processor. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be available in your guest portal one hour before your scheduled check-in time. The guest portal link will be messaged through your booking platform. To avoid any check-in delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions. All breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning, such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage, will result in additional charges. Our standard one-time pet fee is:

Boat House has one 2-lane driveway that can accommodate 4 large vehicles to include the average-sized truck/trailer with boat. Be mindful of the neighbors. No parking on the roads as your vehicle will get towed. Be sure to pay attention to signs.

A propane grill is available for guest use, along with a standard propane tank. Please note that propane may be left over from previous guests but is not guaranteed or provided as part of your stay. If the tank runs empty, you can easily exchange it at nearby locations such as Walmart, Home Depot, or local gas stations for approximately $25.

  There are no cameras inside the house. These cameras are installed solely to help protect our guests and the property.

To ensure the property remains in top condition, routine maintenance is performed on a scheduled basis. Lawn care occurs bi-weekly, and pest control treatments are completed quarterly. Our trusted vendors will not need access inside the property, but you may see them working in and around the exterior of the home during reasonable daytime hours. If interior access is ever required, guests will always be notified in advance.

Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 8 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night.
