All of which is done through SuiteOp and Stripe, a commonly used secure payment processor. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be available in your guest portal one hour before your scheduled check-in time. The guest portal link will be messaged through your booking platform. To avoid any check-in delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.

There are two convenient parking areas within the complex — one on the north side near Santa Rosa Blvd and another on the south side closest to the beach. Between them, you’ll find around 30 total spaces, including 2 designated handicapped spots. Parking is unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis, but there’s rarely a shortage of spaces.
Two charcoal grills are available in the pool area for guest use. Please be considerate of others and clean up after each use.
There are no cameras on the exterior or interior of the house itself, but the HOA has community cameras on it's footprint for guest security.
These services are routine and outside of our control. While maintenance staff typically won’t need access to the unit itself, if entry is ever required, we’ll always notify you in advance.
Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 3 guests. For groups larger than 3 (up to a maximum of 6 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the Bungalow in great shape for everyone!

We had a great stay overall! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only issues were with noise levels. The walls are very thin, and we could hear a lot of jumping and loud noises from above at all hours of the day and night. One thing to note is that this is really a one-bedroom setup. The bunk beds are located in the hallway area, which is open to the kitchen and living room. Because of the layout, normal morning activity in the kitchen or living room can easily wake up anyone sleeping on the bunks. I would recommend this place mainly for a couple with small children or a family who doesn’t mind the open sleeping arrangement. Overall, a nice place, but the layout and noise level are important things to consider before booking.
great location and accommodation with plenty of beach towels. upstairs noise was a bit disturbance at night, but we enjoyed the closeness to the beach.
The location we stayed in was clean, neat, and well stocked. Communication was excellent. We had an HVAC issue while there, and it was quickly resolved. Our rental was just a short walk to the beach. Apartments here are situated CLOSELY around the pool. Any noise echoes all around and can continue into the evening. We had family renters above us with kids and a dog. We heard all the walking and other activity, which went on for long periods of time. I’ve rented through Airbnb many times and have a track record of all 5 stars. I’ve already passed the Airbnb verification process, but this host requires you to register again within his own portal site. The portal requires sensitive information where we have no idea how it’s protected. Things are not always black and white and this extra registration is intrusive and unnecessary for mature renters. I requested a change and he would not relent. Therefore, based on all this, unless things change, I will not rent from Ronin Stays again.
